Hi, I'm Ceca

I'm an artist who has been enchanted by paint and curious objects since the age of seven. My work is a playful dance between nature’s textures and the quirky treasures I find on my walks—whether it’s a rusty bit of metal or a piece of lace. I’m constantly inspired by far-off places like Marrakech and Sitges, but nothing beats getting my hands dirty in the studio. When I'm not chasing inspiration with my students at the University of Sioux Falls, you’ll probably find me piecing together stories with tar, wax, and found objects. Every painting is a new adventure, and I love sharing my vision!
